Parametric is building robots to reliably automate physical labor in the real world. As a Machine Learning Research Engineer, you'll define how we solve robotics problems, create novel algorithms, and collaborate with systems and hardware teams to enable robots to handle complex tasks.

Responsibilities

Design, train, and deploy machine learning models to solve large-scale perception and control problems
Own the entire modeling lifecycle from data annotation to training, evaluation, and production deployment
Write high-quality, scalable, production-ready code
Collaborate closely with hardware and embedded teams

Required

3+ years of experience working on machine learning for language modeling, perception, planning, or controls
Strong foundation with classical robotics (e.g. perception, planning, controls)
Experience with Python and a modern deep learning framework
Ability to thrive in 0→1 environments where speed and ownership matter more than process
