Working knowledge of electrical, air conditioning and plumbing
Ability to operate hand and power tools
Ability to follow verbal and written instruction in English
Knowledge of basic construction and routine maintenance and repair procedures
Minimum of 2 years of technical training or hands on experience in facilities and building automations
