Responsibilities
Process payroll accurately and on time, including employee salary changes
Administer employee benefits enrollment, status changes, and terminations
Work with payroll vendor
Handle manual checks
Manage FSA deductions and disbursements
Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries
Accurate and timely payroll processing
Maintain and update employee payroll and benefits records
Create and analyze reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
Assist with 401k administration and ensure compliance with plan policies
Qualification
Required
Experience in payroll processing and benefits administration
Experience with ADP payroll software
Word, Excel, Outlook
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred
Certification in payroll or benefits administration is a plus
Experience with creating reports and FSA disbursements is a plus
