Lead Sales & Catering Managers and hourly Coordinators
Drive group, corporate, SMERFE, and catering revenue growth
Develop and execute strategic sales, marketing, and event plans
Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and community engagements
Collaborate across departments to deliver seamless guest experiences

Required

5–7+ years of progressive HOTEL Sales, Catering, Event & Marketing leadership experience, including executive-level management
Must have Grounded & Stable experience in BOTH 'HOTEL' Sales, Catering Event & Marketing Management
Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and managing large budgets
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Preferred

Knowledge of the Monterey Peninsula market a plus, preferred
