Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of product strategies related to Syndicate and Investment Banking tools
Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into detailed product features, specifications, and roadmaps
Develop comprehensive product roadmaps and define objectives and key results (OKRs) to ensure alignment with organizational goals
Incorporate AI and Generative AI approaches into the product development lifecycle to drive automation and innovation
Engage with stakeholders across business, technology, and compliance to ensure successful product delivery
Manage and prioritize product backlog, ensuring optimal delivery and continuous improvement
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies such as dealing platforms and market data providers
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in Capital Markets products
5+ years of hands-on experience with syndicate loans and related topics
Minimum of 1 year experience working with AI, particularly Generative AI (GanAI) approaches and their application within banking products
Deep understanding of Capital Markets and Syndicate Loan products
Proven ability to develop detailed product features, specifications, and roadmaps
Strong verbal and written communication skills; adept at delivering presentations and stakeholder management
Preferred
Advanced degree in Finance or related field; CFA Level 1 charter holder considered a strong plus
Familiarity with dealing platforms and market data providers
Experience creating product roadmaps and setting OKRs
Prior experience in IB Trading or related areas is highly desirable but not mandatory
