Qualification
Required
Active California Bar license
2+ years of litigation experience
Experience with: Motion practice
Experience with: Depositions
Experience with: Mediation
Experience with: Trial or arbitration preparation
Strong advocacy, legal research, and writing skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
