Expedite Talent Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Staffing Sales Manager or Business Development Manager to join their dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will drive business growth through new client lead generation, upselling existing clients, and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing relationships. Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the company's market presence
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company growth targets. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing client accounts. Propose additional services and solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics. Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and adjust tactics as needed to ensure targets are met
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including recruitment and operations, to ensure alignment and successful execution of staffing solutions. Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand visibility and lead generation efforts
Qualification
Required
Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry. Experience in new client lead generation and achieving sales targets is essential
Business Development: Strong background in business development with a track record of acquiring new clients and growing business accounts
Client Management: Experience in managing client relationships and understanding client needs to offer tailored solutions
Upselling Skills: Proven ability to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing client accounts
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and solutions effectively to clients and internal teams
Networking Abilities: Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships within the industry and community
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
3+ years of experience in sales or business development within the staffing or recruitment industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Well Versed with SDLC Methodologies including Agile, Waterfall
Good Understanding in technologies like Java, .NET, Python, C#
Database and Cloud Understanding is desired including RDBMS, AWS, Azure and GCP
