Responsibilities

Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned
Keeps area neat and clean
Read and use a tape measure
Read blue prints and orders
Communicate well with coworkers
Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools

Required

Preferred

Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired
Experience in electrical, sanding, mudding, painting, roofing, framing, and finish carpentry
