The role involves performing various welding techniques to ensure high-quality welds on a range of materials while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.

Responsibilities
Perform TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel, Incoloy 625, and other materials
Execute short arc and pulse welding techniques to meet project specifications
Weld stainless steel grades 316 and 304 with precision and consistency
Weld Incoloy 625 and various chrome grades of pipe (13, 22, and 25)
Work with thin materials, demonstrating skill and accuracy
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Read and interpret welding blueprints and technical drawings
Conduct quality checks on completed welds to ensure compliance with standards
Monitor and daily maintenance of machines
Qualification
Required
must be available to work night shifts and overtime as needed
Proven experience in TIG and MIG welding processes
Strong knowledge of welding stainless steel, Incoloy 625, and chrome-grade pipes
Ability to perform short arc and pulse welding techniques
Experience welding thin materials is a plus
Familiarity with welding codes and safety standards
Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
