They are seeking a dedicated Membership Representative I to support their Missionary Medical Department by managing enrollment and insurance inquiries for missionaries and members.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members to administer missionary and mission president plans, including SSMP, CAMA, Young Missionary, and Mission President programs

Manage all aspects of enrollment, insurance, and HIPAA updates for assigned plans

Respond to incoming phone calls and resolve membership-related inquiries for each plan

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred

Knowledge of healthcare operations, including transactional processing, enrollment, medical management, customer service, COB policy, and plan design

General understanding of Medicare

Experience handling customer service phone calls
