Responsibilities
Manage the production plan to meet daily build rates and ensure accuracy of finish dates
Ensure material and capacity availability before releasing production orders to operations
Monitor production operations to ensure build execution is on track
Drive actions to address and resolve aging work-in-progress (WIP) orders
Act as the focal point for reporting and resolving issues impacting production schedule execution
Lead efforts to understand root causes and implement corrective actions for process failures
Participate in tiered accountability processes
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Drive actions to address and resolve aging orders (aged WIP)
Experience production operations progress to ensure that build execution is occurring as planned
Experience in production scheduling or a related field
Preferred
Experience with production planning software
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop recovery plans
Excellent communication and leadership skills
