Responsibilities
Lead data analytics initiatives and provide technical leadership for assigned projects and deliverables
Translate business requirements into analytics solutions from problem definition through deployment and validation
Lead cross-functional discussions to align analytics solutions with enterprise and business objectives
Coordinate with business process owners to ensure SAP data integrity and alignment with requirements
Support data migration initiatives, including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation activities
Lead and support data validation efforts across multiple SAP objects
Manage individual tasks independently while providing leadership for owned projects
Identify opportunities where data analytics can be applied to real-world business challenges
Select and apply appropriate data analytics methods and tools based on specific use cases
Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, views, and tables to support dashboards and reporting
Perform data transformation, cleansing, and data modeling to enable accurate analytics and insights
Conduct root cause analysis and advanced troubleshooting of data and reporting issues
Lead presentations and stakeholder communications related to analytics outcomes and insights
Serve as a technical resource to other analysts by defining and advancing analytics best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related technical field
4+ years of professional experience in data analytics or a related role
Minimum of 3 years of SQL experience, including scripting and creation of views and tables for dashboards
Experience developing and optimizing complex SQL queries in fast-paced environments
Proficiency in data transformation, data cleansing, relational databases, and data modeling concepts
Experience working with SAP data structures and integrated business processes
Knowledge of data governance practices, including documentation of definitions, calculations, sources, and data lineage
Experience with business intelligence and analytics platforms such as Power BI or Tableau
Preferred
Master's degree or higher in a related discipline
Experience with Power Query
Experience supporting data migration initiatives and ETL processes
