Responsibilities

Hardware installation & configuration of enterprise servers and cabling infrastructure

Rack installation including racking of components, putting racks in place, cabling, power up and handoff of servers to internal provisioning teams

Rack deinstallation including power off, removal of cabling, removal of rack components

Hardware Break/Fix replacement of FRUs

Troubleshooting and resolve Telco Connectivity issues

Troubleshoot & Replace Network Switch equipment

You will communicate within a ticketing environment that is used and supervised by multiple internal Oracle Cloud service owners and teams

Documentation of activities and build/modify SOPs

Structured cabling, labeling, and troubleshooting of fiber/copper/telecom cables

You should be able to execute small projects on your own and work with your manager in planning and executing larger local projects
