Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Gen AI models and solutions tailored to financial use cases
Fine-tune and optimize large language models (LLMs) like GPT, BERT, LLaMA, etc
Implement prompt engineering and model evaluation techniques
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to identify Gen AI opportunities
Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with enterprise standards
Work in an Agile environment and contribute to innovation-driven initiatives

Required

Experience with Gen AI frameworks (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.)
Strong Python programming and API integration skills
Familiarity with LLM training, fine-tuning, and evaluation
Knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
Experience with NLP, ML Ops, and data pipelines
Excellent communication and analytical thinking
