Responsibilities
Support the 6 affiliated banks by servicing the commercial and consumer loan portfolios
You will be responsible for reviewing and processing the original executed loan documents
You will aid partners regarding inquiries related to the original documents processed and filed and participate in projects and audits as needed
Qualification
Required
Working knowledge of banking and lending processes, especially relating to loan documentation and account maintenance
Enjoy collaborating with creative, top performing teams, and using interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Use prioritization and time management skills to complete work and meet deadlines
Take pleasure in continuously learning and growing
Attention to detail helps deliver top quality work
Solve problems by researching and analyzing information
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment that quickly changes and provides challenges
Comfortable using various Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) or similar software
Customer service skills create quality experiences for those served
Some previous banking, loan processing, documentation, servicing or other directly related experience
A High School diploma or equivalent. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements
