Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units to design and implement scalable PEGA solutions
Develop or modify programs and conduct unit testing
Participate in writing system requirements and technical documentation
Implement business rules and case management features using PEGA rules engine
Perform application design, case design, data modeling, integration, and administration within PEGA
Provide input into agile/scrum planning sessions and peer code reviews
Qualification
Required
Certified PEGA Senior Systems Architect (SSA)
a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience post-SSA certification
strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units to design and implement scalable PEGA solutions
develop or modify programs and conduct unit testing
participate in writing system requirements and technical documentation
implement business rules and case management features using PEGA rules engine
perform application design, case design, data modeling, integration, and administration within PEGA
provide input into agile/scrum planning sessions and peer code reviews
Preferred
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Exposure to .NET, Oracle environments
Experience in technical consulting roles within the public sector
Exposure to a variety of technologies, including, but not limited to: WebSphere or WebLogic, J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), .NET, Oracle, DB2, and MS/SQL
