Responsibilities
Share insight into CPAP patient workflows across referral intake, setup, adherence, resupply, and replacement
Advise on where voice agents could realistically support or augment call center teams
Help identify which parts of the patient journey are high-leverage versus too sensitive or variable
Provide perspective on payer dynamics, adherence risk, and operational guardrails
Pressure-test assumptions about scale, implementation, and ROI in real DME environments
Qualification
Required
Active or recent operating role at a CPAP or respiratory DME organization
Direct exposure to patient outreach, adherence, or resupply operations
Willing to share candid, operator-level feedback
Comfortable evaluating patient communication workflows from a risk and scale perspective
Preferred
Owner, CEO, or senior operator at a CPAP or respiratory DME provider
Deep familiarity with adherence requirements, payer rules, and patient lifecycle economics
Experience managing or scaling call center, intake, or patient outreach teams
Comfortable discussing what doesn't work in this industry, not just what sounds good
Interested in shaping practical solutions, not vendor hype
