The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance products (Life, P&C, Health, etc.) and workflows, and be skilled in designing user experiences across customer journeys such as quote & buy, policy management, claims filing, billing, and self-service
Qualification
Required
Experience in Property and Casualty is Mandatory
Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or related field
6+ years of experience in UX design/architecture with at least 2–3 years in the insurance or financial services industry
Solid portfolio showcasing UX design work for complex enterprise or customer-facing applications
Proficient in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure, or similar
Strong knowledge of design systems, interaction design principles, and responsive frameworks
Familiarity with agile product development methodologies
Experience in Designing for Insurance Journeys (Quote & Buy, Claims, Billing, Policy Management, Self-Service): (Yes / No – Please Specify)
