Asset Control Coordinator

MD Anderson Cancer Center is dedicated to eliminating cancer and values its people as its greatest asset. The Asset Control Coordinator plays a crucial role in asset management by providing administrative support in tracking, tagging, and disposal of institutional resources.

Responsibilities

Identify physical location and tag capital and non-capital institutional assets
Complete all maintenance updates within the Asset Registry
Generate untagged reports for property officers and other requested reports
Perform filing, data entry, inventory-related research, and participate in general activities and special projects
Interact with Property Administrators/Officers and customers to identify concerns and offer resolutions
Assist auditors with accessing data and/or assets selected for audit
Maintain professional expertise through participation in development programs, educational activities, and institutional training resources
Perform additional tasks as assigned

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Four years of experience in accounting, inventory management, business or related field

Preferred

Associate's degree

Warehouse experience
