Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience throughout the hiring process

Language Support: Conduct interviews and communicate with candidates in both English and Spanish as needed

Talent Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and community outreach to attract bilingual and diverse candidates

Compliance: Ensure all recruiting activities comply with company policies and employment laws

Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies

Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and provide regular updates on recruiting metrics
