Proactively sourcing and developing relationships with new experience providers
Guiding new partners through the onboarding process to optimize their growth and success
Managing the partner lifecycle, including acquisition, optimization, and retention of top-performing accounts
Delivering effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to remove operational friction
Ensuring data accuracy in tracking systems and reporting on performance trends with actionable insights
Qualification
Required
Proficient in CRM and organizational tools like Salesforce and Airtable
Deep knowledge of regional travel, entertainment, and hospitality trends
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience in the travel, entertainment, or hospitality industry is preferred, with a sharp eye for cultural trends and quality assessment
