Responsibilities

Support internal and external customer business needs
Act as liaison between clients and the IS organization, providing business direction to systems and programming areas on work efforts
Monitor all IS costs charged to clients to ensure accuracy and cost effectiveness and facilitating communications with the clients regarding costs
Support clients through production issues that may be encountered

Qualification

IT-related experienceClient relationship managementMS Office proficiencyCommunication skillsHealth insurance knowledge

Required

Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which requires a thorough background screening and U.S. citizenship
5 years of IT-related experience to include experience in client relationship, IS marketing, and process/product improvement
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills
Customer/relationship management experience
Health insurance knowledge is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
