Responsibilities

File all correspondence including but not limited to licenses, raffle reports, letters, raffle consent forms and municipal clerk reports
Prepare boxes and index documents for scanning by a third party contractor
Receive, sort, and distribute all charitable gaming mail daily
Responsible for the maintenance and retrieval of charitable gaming files

Qualification

MS OfficeExcel

Required

Responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in organizational systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
Supports administrative and reporting functions by performing routine data verification and clean up tasks
File all correspondence including but not limited to licenses, raffle reports, letters, raffle consent forms and municipal clerk reports
Prepare boxes and index documents for scanning by a third party contractor
Receive, sort, and distribute all charitable gaming mail daily
Responsible for the maintenance and retrieval of charitable gaming files

Preferred

Three years of MS Office experience is preferred, including use of Excel
MS Office experience is preferred, including use of Excel
