Hansen Talent Group is hiring a System Support Technician. This role is ideal for someone with strong endpoint-management experience and customer-focused troubleshooting skills. The technician will be responsible for deploying software, maintaining infrastructure, monitoring performance, and troubleshooting issues.

Responsibilities

Deploy infrastructure software, upgrades, patches, new builds, and master images
Install, configure, and maintain infrastructure software supporting business processes
Create, test, debug, and document custom scripts and utilities
Monitor and maintain workstation/server environments to ensure optimal performance
Troubleshoot issues proactively and serve as an escalation point for the help desk
Administer tools for software delivery and remote management
Support system recoverability with scheduled backups and archive operations
Conduct hardware/software audits to ensure standards and licensing compliance
Maintain configuration documentation, inventories, and growth/storage statistics
Participate in daily deployment/implementation meetings and document updates or issues as needed

Required

Experience with endpoint management tools: Intune, MECM, BigFix, etc
Knowledge of deployment tools (SCCM, BigFix, PsTools, McAfee ePO)
Knowledge of Microsoft Server & Desktop OS (Windows 10, Windows Server 2012/2016)
Ability to deploy software/OS patches consistently and on schedule
Strong customer service mindset and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
Strong problem-solving skills; quick learner; detail-oriented
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in team environments
A+ certification

Preferred

Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
Experience in a Citrix/Terminal Services environment
Familiarity with Citrix Provisioning tools
