Lead financial analysis for equipment purchases and capital investments
Build and execute forward-looking financial plans that drive profitability
Deliver actionable insights to cross-functional teams to support operational excellence
Influence key decisions in a dynamic, growth-oriented setting
Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and maximize returns
Qualification
Required
5+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in a manufacturing or operations-driven environment
Strong experience in financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and strategic planning
Proficiency with SAP and ERP systems (Oracle experience a plus)
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex modeling
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field
