Responsibilities
Lead complex investigations into suspected ORC networks, including data analysis, pattern recognition, and coordination with law enforcement
Manage relationships with industry partners and law enforcement agencies to share intelligence and best practices around ORC prevention
Develop and implement sophisticated detection and investigative frameworks to identify supply chain risk
Partner with internal teams (Legal, Public Policy etc.) and external stakeholders (law enforcement agencies, retail industry partners) to combat organized retail crime
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent
Experience with SQL and Excel
Experience handling confidential information
Experience in fraud investigation, abuse, cyber-crimes, or equivalent
Preferred
Professional auditing qualification, or similar risk or compliance credentials
