New Grad, Entry LevelCLOOS North America is looking for a motivated and experienced Robot Technician to help us with our growing installation, programming and field service capacity. The ideal candidate should have experience in programming, repairing and installing robotic systems.

Responsibilities
Ability to read basic weld drawings simple 2D layouts and electrical schematics
Program a welding industrial robot from scratch or using offline program
Program a welding Collaborative Robot (CoBot) from scratch
Use a robot to perform single pass GMAW welds. (Tandem GMAW a plus)
Support Welding Demonstrations at CLOOS Facility as needed
Able to use and modify offline program
Assemble various mechanical assemblies using various tools such as impact wrenches and torque wrenches
Install/replace prefabricated wiring harnesses, using various tools
Connect wiring to terminals and connectors using specialized and basic hand tools and power tools
Troubleshoot basic system errors
Trouble shoot Welding Process issues
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all company policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
