Responsibilities

Sales Strategy: Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders to develop and execute targeted sales strategies that accelerate the adoption of ETAP solutions in collaboration with our strategic partners
Sales Deployment: Partner with regional teams across our global synergy partners to coordinate account planning, participate in joint customer engagements, and drive opportunity creation, qualification, and closure
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align synergy activities with overall business objectives for these regions
Subject Matter Expert: Stay current with all product offerings and solutions to be seen as a subject matter expert. Be able to perform product demos and elevator pitches to customers
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring alignment on mutual goals, fostering collaboration, and driving joint marketing initiatives
Partnership Development: Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with partners, including technology providers, utilities, engineering firms, and other relevant stakeholders

Required

A degree in electrical engineering, along with an MBA, is a plus
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships within the energy industry, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals
Experience in electrical power systems software solutions is highly advantageous
Ability to deploy consultative selling techniques
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities focused on the energy landscape
Self-driven and results-oriented
Comfortable working in a matrix organization and adapting to a fast-changing environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate at a senior level in a global environment
