Responsibilities

Support design, development, integration, test, and production of Datalinks subsystems for F-16 programs
Interface directly with external suppliers and customers to ensure seamless subsystem delivery
Provide technical leadership to resolve all issues encountered in the F-16 Datalinks subsystem
Develop and maintain subsystem specifications, test methods, and documentation
Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative, results-focused team environment

Required

Must be a U.S. citizen
Possess an active Interim Secret clearance to start
Deep expertise in RF and Datalinks engineering

Experience working with external and internal teams to identify, determine root-cause, and resolve datalinks technical failures
Experience and/or familiarity with MIL-STD-6016 Link 16 tactical data link as it pertains to fighter aircraft
