Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders and the Salesforce Product Owner to define, document, and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
Configure Salesforce (objects, flows, automation, page layouts, etc.) to meet business needs while maintaining system stability
Support integrations with enterprise platforms such as Oracle JDE, Snowflake, Kinaxis, and Cority Trubox
Manage user provisioning, data quality, permissions, and system performance
Lead testing, release management, and change control processes to ensure successful deployments
Create documentation and deliver user training to promote adoption and engagement
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decision-making
Stay on top of Salesforce innovations and emerging tools-identifying opportunities to bring value through automation and AI
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
5+ years in business analysis, Salesforce administration, or enterprise systems
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud
Knowledge of Flow Automation, Lightning, and Salesforce AI (Einstein, AgentForce)
Understanding of data integration across ERP and analytics platforms
Familiarity with Agile methodology, SDLC, and ITIL best practices
Excellent communicator-able to translate between technical and business audiences
Analytical mindset with a knack for solving complex problems
Collaborative and adaptable, with a drive for continuous improvement
