Responsibilities

Provide front-line customer service by answering and screening incoming phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members

Resolve customer inquiries related to orders, pricing, quotes, product availability, and general support

Respond to customer requests regarding order status, tracking, expediting, and product availability

Accurately enter sales orders and invoices and coordinate product requests with supply plants

Proactively communicate with customers regarding backorders, credit issues, order availability, and any changes impacting their orders

Serve as a liaison between the sales center and plant departments to gather information and ensure timely, accurate responses

Process and maintain required documentation and paperwork to support daily sales center operations

Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and business needs
