Responsibilities
Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service
Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates
Remove junk safely from homes and businesses
Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided)
Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75 lbs
Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance
Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement
Qualification
Required
Sales-Minded: Confident closing on-site sales and maximizing job value
People-Focused: Personable, positive, and service-oriented
Reliable & Coachable: Shows up, contributes, and adapts
Strong Communicator: Clear, professional, and solution-driven
Experience in delivery, warehouse, retail, hospitality, sales, customer service or general labor is a plus
DOT Medical Certification: A valid DOT Medical Card is required for driving commercial vehicles
Background Check & Drug Test Policy: Southwind reserves the right to perform these at any point if we determine the need
Upbeat attitude, dependability, and customer service orientation
Age Requirement: Minimum 21 years old (insurance requirement)
Driver's License: Valid unrestricted driver's license necessary
Physical Capability: Must lift up to 75+ lbs. frequently
Relevant Background: Experience in delivery, moving, retail, hospitality, food service, customer service, sales or general labor
