Share HireWing with your HR and recruiting network
Show hiring teams how AI-driven matching and bias-free hiring can transform their process
Guide new users toward demo requests and onboarding
Provide valuable feedback to help refine our platform
Work independently and earn based on successful referrals
Qualification
Required
Recruiters, HR professionals, and consultants with active hiring networks
SaaS or HRTech sales professionals with strong relationships in the US market
People who enjoy recommending solutions that genuinely solve hiring pain points
Clear communicators who can show how HireWing fits into workflows
Self-starters who want a flexible, performance-based opportunity
Preferred
SaaS / HRTech / Recruitment Tech sales background; experience selling ATS, HRMS, payroll, or SaaS tools to HR leaders, founders, or staffing firms
Mid-market / SMB hunter profile; skilled at selling to small & mid-sized businesses, staffing agencies, and recruitment firms
Experience at HRTech/SaaS companies like BambooHR, Lever, Greenhouse, JazzHR, Rippling, Gusto, Zoho Recruit, Freshteam, etc
Prior success selling to HR Heads, Talent Acquisition teams, or Recruitment Agencies
