Our client, Marici Solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in Auto Finance or Financial Services to support business and technology initiatives across lending, loan servicing, and financial operations.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Support Auto Finance processes including loan origination, underwriting, credit decisioning, pricing, dealer management, funding, servicing, and collections
Analyze end-to-end workflows across financial systems and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, process flows, and use cases
Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into system and business requirements
Partner with QA teams to define test scenarios, validate requirements, and support UAT
Support Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
Act as a liaison between business, operations, compliance, and IT teams
Assist in data analysis, reporting, and validation related to financial and lending systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Auto Finance, Consumer Lending, Banking, or Financial Services
Strong understanding of auto loan lifecycle including origination, servicing, collections, and recovery
Experience working with financial systems, core lending platforms, or dealer management systems
Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques, documentation, and stakeholder management
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
