Account Director
SOCIALDEVIANT is a modern agency for modern brands, seeking an Account Director to join their team in the West Loop Chicago Office. This role is critical for leading client teams, managing brand strategy, and ensuring deliverables exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities
Drive the brand strategy and business performance for multiple clients
Develop and own key project timelines that will ensure we’re pushing our brands forward
Develop strong strategy recommendations and presentations
Manage internal teams and resources to deliver on needs across clients, ranging from strategy projects to full creative productions and beyond
Develop scopes of work and actively build and nurture client relationships, driving incremental projects and scopes
Manage the overall health of the relationship and identify ways to grow the books of business
Participate and help lead key new business pitches
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience driving business in advertising or marketing fields
Ability to think and do: Push big brand strategy and write the decks and insights that bring it all to life
Navigate senior client relationships (SVP and C-level)
Have strong collaboration skills, working with and across a variety of disciplines
Ability to manage a P&L, ensuring projects and work are delivered profitably
A proven understanding of progressive content concepts and domains across multiple media
Strong presentation skills and the ability to own the room with multiple clients and partners

An ability to link insights and opportunities to efficient and effective action
