Responsibilities
Lead and conduct HR internal audits and tracers for The Joint Commission, FTCA, and HRSA
Participate in external contract, county, and state audits
Follow up on action items for performance improvement plans
Conduct all internal HR audits and other compliance-related audits
Ensure all personnel records are maintained according to employment laws and regulatory standards
Prepare and present monthly PowerPoint slides and data for QA/QI
Prepare and present HR risk assessment reports to the risk assessment committee
Provide guidance to the HR Compliance Coordinator
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimum three (3) years of experience in Human Resources
Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resources policies, procedures, and laws
Ability to interpret and review significant amounts of data
Ability to research, comprehend, and communicate regulatory and governing guidelines
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities
Strong team player with the ability to work independently
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, sterile processing, cleanroom, and aseptic techniques
Proficiency in reporting, audits, and BI portals
