Responsibilities
Inventory control
Monitor sales and inventory levels
Maintain merchandising on shelves and shop floor
Place stocking orders, re-orders and special orders
May assist with unloading merchandise from trucks
Chemical management to include stocking, and checking expiration dates
Work order processing to include order picking and issuing work orders
Daily cycle counts
Bin stock control
Material logistics between multiple locations
Verifies and keeps records on outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment
Affixes shipping labels on packed cartons
Assembles wooden or cardboard containers or selects preassembled containers
Parts delivery/pick up
Unloading and receiving of incoming components and consumables
Qualification
Required
Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multitask
Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail
Excellent teamwork skills and high degree of initiative required
Excellent communication, both written and verbal
Work independently and possess a high level of self-motivation
Must be proficient with MS Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with ERP/MRP Systems
High School Diploma or GED
Valid driver's license required
Preferred
Experience in a Production environment a plus
