The Outside Sales Support position is designed to prepare individuals for a full District Sales Consultant role by supporting sales coverage and gaining hands-on experience with customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
Work directly with an assigned district to support customer relationships and sales initiatives
Provide vacation and temporary coverage for DSCs, including customer visits, order management, and issue resolution
Learn and execute Cash-Wa’s sales process, pricing structure, and promotional execution
Collaborate with Business Development, Purchasing, Operations, and Warehouse teams to support customer needs
Maintain accurate customer notes, follow-ups, and activity tracking in company systems
Develop working knowledge of customer segments including restaurants, healthcare, education, casinos, C-stores, and hospitality
Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and ride-alongs as assigned
Always Uphold Cash-Wa’s service standards and customer-first mindset
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned district required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in sales
Organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Proficient with basic technology (CRM, email, ordering platforms)
Preferred
Food service, hospitality, or distribution experience preferred
Customer service, sales, or account management background preferred
