Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Regional EHS Manager to deliver daily operational support to business partners
Ensure compliance with corporate EHS programs and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations
Lead and coordinate EHS incident response and investigations, promoting continuous improvement
Conduct site inspections and audits, and develop action plans to address findings
Assist in developing and implementing EHS programs, policies, training, and committees aligned with corporate standards
Partner cross-functionally to deliver health and wellness initiatives, ergonomic programs, and employee assistance resources
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, engineering, science, or a related field
Recent graduates with a relevant academic background—or 1–2 years of experience—are encouraged to apply
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse teams
Basic familiarity with EHS concepts is helpful, but strong knowledge is not required—just a willingness to learn and grow in the role
Advanced computer skills with the ability to develop high-quality reports and documentation
Flexible schedule with the ability to travel to meet business needs
Preferred
Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulatory requirements
