SelectBlinds is seeking a detail-oriented Image Retoucher / Junior Designer to support the creation and maintenance of high-quality visual assets. This role involves retouching CGI imagery for color accuracy and consistency, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting designers with various tasks.

Responsibilities

Retouch and color-correct CGI imagery to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment

Review CGI assets for lighting, materials, textures, and overall visual quality

Provide clear, organized feedback to offsite CGI contractors to address revisions and updates

Maintain visual standards across multiple product lines and asset types

Prepare final image files for various digital and print applications

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations

Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, merchandising, etc.) to understand creative needs and priorities

Track project status, revisions, and approvals to ensure smooth workflows

Communicate timelines and deliverables with internal stakeholders and external partners

Assist with basic design tasks such as resizing assets, updating layouts, and creating production-ready files

Support designers with visual assets for web, email, social, and other marketing channels

Help organize and maintain digital asset libraries

Apply brand guidelines consistently across all creative materials
