Draft, edit, and proofread motions, legal memoranda, and responses
Assist with factual research and brief preparation
Coordinate signatures and prepare motions, pleadings, and other documentation for filing with the courts
Track deadlines and organize case files
Communicate with courts, clients, and opposing counsel as needed
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Bar admission is not required to start
Ability to manage deadlines proactively and communicate
High attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills
Ability to work onsite in New York in a fast-paced litigation environment
Capable of starting immediately or with appropriate notice to current employer
Ability to pass appropriate background checks
