Responsibilities

Lead transformative RPA initiatives by partnering with stakeholders to modernize financial processes through innovative automation solutions

Oversee RPA developers, ensuring alignment with technical best practices

Mentor RPA developers, fostering innovation while ensuring governance and quality standards

Drive integration and collaboration across cross-functional teams to enhance the effectiveness and connectivity of financial systems and processes

Identify and unlock technology potential within the client’s environment, recommending enhancements that improve efficiency, transparency, and compliance

Collaborate with technology practitioners to drive the creation of scalable AI prototypes, serving in a product manager role

Evaluate technology modernization opportunities including performing analysis of alternatives to compare various solution architectures

Review deliverables to ensure high quality materials are delivered to clients

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Management/Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science or field directly related to the position; OR active certification (CPA, CIA, CISA, CGFM, CDFM, PMP, ITIL)

Seven (7) years of experience with Federal financial management

Advanced expertise in low-code platforms and demonstrated ability to lead automation transformation initiatives

Expertise with data and AI platforms (e.g., Databricks, Tableau, AWS, Palantir)

Experience in product management or solution ownership for automation tools in finance transformation

Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor automation teams while ensuring quality standards

Strong understanding of Agile delivery and change management in technology-driven environments

Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
