Responsibilities

Overall Lodge cleanliness, and snow removal as needed

Ability to attend work in harsh weather environments

Ability to be held accountable to Vail Resorts, Inc. policies, procedures, and performance standards, and de-escalate situations as they arise

Maintain a safe environment and keep location compliant with all health and safety requirements

We are a company that works together; throughout the season, you may be required to assist other departments as needed

Clean Bathrooms, common areas and kitchen for next day of operations

Remove and dispose of trash/recycling and compost from multiple locations while upholding our commitment to zero waste expectations

Ability to learn and operate snow blowers as needed

Ability to communicate with other stakeholders/departments/team members to effectively execute plans for delivery and safety

Required

1-2 years of experience in a high-volume warehouse, logistics, cleaning or transportation environment

CA state food handler's permit

Valid driver's license required

Must be able to attend work in harsh winter environments

Must be able to lift 50–100 lbs

Must be available on holidays and weekends

This is a evening operations at night and shifts usually end around 10pm but could go later during holiday/ high volume periods
