Qualification
Required
Associate degree in an appropriate field required
Minimum of four years in account management, administrative operations, or blood banking
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and donor management software
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to analyze data, develop strategies, and meet established goals
Effective problem-solving and organizational abilities
Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish
