Responsibilities
Prepare and review investment-related reconciliations for U.S. GAAP and statutory reporting purposes
Support the clearing and reconciliation of investment transactions across financial subledgers
Collaborate with third-party service providers and internal finance stakeholders to ensure timely processing and accurate general ledger recognition
Monitor and substantiate investment-related suspense accounts on a monthly basis
Assist with external audit requests and documentation
Contribute to ad-hoc projects and continuous process improvement efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
4+ years of relevant experience in Investment Accounting or Investment Operations with exposure to reconciliation and GL processes
Strong understanding of investment accounting under U.S. GAAP and STAT frameworks
Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Hyperion (FCC, Essbase), PeopleSoft, and data analysis tools a plus
Strong analytical skills and commitment to process improvement and automation
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver multiple workstreams
Preferred
CPA or MBA preferred
Experience with Clearwater Analytics or similar investment accounting systems preferred
