Analyze and optimize drive solutions on Dell server and storage products, collaborating with internal and external development partners
Engage with various teams to facilitate drive solutions for customer adoption
Establish expertise in drive technology solutions, encompassing hardware, firmware, and software interactions

Required

Over 2 years of experience in drive, system design, or architecture, with 1+ years of solid understanding of key memory technologies (e.g., HDD, SSD, NVMe, PCIe)
Excellent digital hardware design & debug skills, with an ability to work with and influence across global organization
x86 Server Architecture design understanding
Responsive to stakeholders and customers, and able to work collaboratively in a team with a continuous improvement mindset
Effective oral and written communication skills, results-driven, well-organized, and able to handle and prioritize multiple assignments while delivering on time
