Own pricing strategy, discount control, and margin protection
Analyze sales data and hold teams accountable to KPIs
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
Deliver effective sales training and continuous coaching
Benchmark competitors and adjust strategies as needed
Partner with operations and leadership to hit branch goals
Qualification
Required
Previous leadership experience in home services (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.)
Proven success leading sales teams in a service-based environment
Strong understanding of pricing, discounts, and profitability
Ability to coach, lead, and hold teams accountable
Committed and progressive work history
Ability to pass a background and drug screen upon offer
Clean motor vehicle record with an active driver's license
