Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and summarize quality data to generate actionable insights and recommendations
Support development and reporting of product-related quality metrics for leadership and cross-functional teams
Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders to drive informed decision-making
Serve as a key contributor in responding to customer complaints and initiating corrective actions
Prepare, gather, and submit PPAP documentation to meet customer requirements
Support internal and external customer quality resolution processes
Plan and recommend projects to reduce manufacturing costs, improve process capability, and enhance product quality and reliability
Perform root cause analysis, risk assessments, and Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA)
Apply manufacturing quality tools to improve departmental and plant-level processes
Support and continuously improve change management processes
Review and approve engineering change notices (ECNs) as required
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and applicable industry regulations
Create and maintain audit standards; participate in internal and external audits
Participate in process validation and qualification activities
Conduct inspections, audits, and tests to assess product quality
Train and support employees on quality processes, systems, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree in Engineering or related field
5+ years of Quality Experience within a manufacturing environment
Strong experience with ISO compliance, audit preparation, and document control
Proficiency with SPC, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Design of Experiments (DOE)
CQE, Six Sigma Green Belt or Equivalent Certification
Experience reviewing and approving ECNs and supporting change management
Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and reporting tools
Strong communication skills with the ability to present clear, concise findings
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
