Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations, including mail/shipping logistics (crucial for hardware components), inventory of office and kitchen supplies, and maintaining a high-functioning workspace
Assist engineering teams with the purchasing and tracking of specialized hardware, tools, and materials
Act as the primary point of contact for building management, cleaning services, IT support, and catering
Coordinate team-building events, offsites, and holiday celebrations
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a world-class "Day 1" experience
Provide light administrative support to the leadership team, including calendar management and travel coordination for mission-critical meetings
Ensure the office and lab environments meet safety standards and help maintain organization in shared technical spaces
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in office management, operations, or an administrative role (experience in a startup or hardware/engineering environment is a major plus)
Exceptional project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a rapidly changing environment
Strong interpersonal skills; you will be the 'face' of the office for both employees and external partners
A 'no task too small' mentality and the ability to troubleshoot facility or logistical issues independently
Proficiency with modern office software, including Slack and project management tools (e.g., Notion)
