Regional Analytics Director
The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) is the official national Democratic campaign committee charged with electing Democrats to the U.S. House of Representatives. The Regional Analytics Director will ensure that data is integral to decision-making for congressional campaigns, advising on strategies based on statistical analysis of voter data.

Responsibilities
Working directly with voter file data, model scores, and research to define targets for direct and indirect voter outreach, including the composition of the targets, the method of communication and advising on the message
Collecting and analyzing data that tracks progress to strategic imperatives for victory, including polling, qualitative research, and trends in early voting
Providing strategic advice to the DCCC and campaigns by serving as the nexus between data and strategy
Support voter contact programs by building targeted universes that align with campaign strategic goals
Build and maintain strong working relationships with campaign teams and stakeholders
Other duties as necessary to ensure the success of the Analytics team and our campaigns
Qualification
Required
1-2 cycles or 2-4 years of campaign experience or comparative experience working with community, advocacy, party, or electoral organizations with success (or history) in developing and winning campaigns
1 cycle or 2 years of prior data, targeting, polling, or statistics experience within a structured environment (e.g., campaigns, advocacy, non-profit, etc.)
Familiarity with one or more of the following: polling and survey research, SQL, GIS, python, RStudio, field reporting and program evaluation, precinct and individual level modeling, data visualization
A demonstrated ability to present data-driven recommendations to a wide range of stakeholders in a clear and persuasive manner
Must be in or be willing to relocate to D.C
Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Proven interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships with staff at all levels
Preferred
Familiarity with large scale relational databases such as Phoenix/Big Query
Familiarity with voter file tools (such as VAN, PDI, Catalist)
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
